Purpose and information collected
The form requests your name and phone number to receive your enquiry, discuss your task and possible cooperation, and prepare, enter into and perform a civil contract. Advertising is not the purpose of this form. Special categories and biometric data are not intentionally collected.
Legal basis and processing
The basis for an enquiry is your consent, given by checking a separate, initially unchecked box before submitting the form. Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, deletion and destruction. Processing is both automated and manual, with transmission over the Internet.
Storage and access
Enquiries are intended to be delivered to the controller’s mailbox, bvschina2026@yandex.ru. No separate administrative database of enquiries is maintained. Access is limited to authorised persons. Personal data is not disclosed to the public; the described form process does not involve cross-border transfers. The form remains unavailable until the server-side receiver and delivery have been verified.
Retention and withdrawal
Data is processed until the purpose is achieved or another lawful condition for ending processing occurs. You may withdraw consent by writing to vguruleva@yandex.ru with sufficient information to identify your enquiry. Processing then stops and data is destroyed within the periods required by Russian law, unless another lawful basis requires continued processing, such as performance of a contract or protection of legal rights.
Cookies and Yandex Metrica
The site is prepared to use Yandex Metrica to analyse visits, interactions and technical problems. Counter 113521620 is enabled only after the visitor consents to analytics. You may request information about processing, correction, blocking or destruction of your data, withdraw consent and exercise other rights under Russian law.
