Consent recipient and data
I freely give my consent to Viktoria Andreevna Bugaeva, individual entrepreneur, INN 380129158561, OGRNIP 325030000042628 to process my name and phone number.
Purpose
Processing is for preparation, conclusion and performance of a civil contract, including receiving my enquiry, contacting me to discuss my task and possible cooperation, and responding to my request.
Actions and method
I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, deletion and destruction. Processing combines automated and manual methods; form submission transmits data over the Internet.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies until the purpose is achieved or I withdraw it, unless other grounds under Russian law allow continued processing. I may withdraw it by emailing vguruleva@yandex.ru with information sufficient to identify me and the corresponding enquiry. The controller then stops processing and destroys the data in the cases and periods prescribed by law, unless another lawful basis applies.
How consent is given
Before giving consent, I can read the website’s personal data policy. Consent is given by checking the separate consent box and then submitting the form. The box is not checked in advance. Technical information generated upon submission may confirm consent, only to the extent necessary to establish that it was given.
